Disgraceful!!! I have just this week purchased and returned an Audi Q5 2.0 TDI S line plus Quattro from Autoperform. The sale price was £10,990, after looking at the receipts I noticed that the timing belt and water pump replacement was overdue as it had been 6 years since the last replacement.We agreed that I would pay £11,200 for the car and they would have the work done. I picked the car up on Monday 14th June, there was a bag with the old belt and pump, I informed I would take the car for an independent check over.My local garage informed me that the Timing belt and water pump had not been replaced!! The parts in the bag did not even fit the Q5!!! Further the rear O/S shock absorber had failed and was full of old oil so it should not have even passed the MOT which they had arranged prior to sale.I have just returned the car to Autoperform and although I got the car value refund he would not give m
Porsche Cayenne 5 star service all the way through I bought a Porsche Cayenne at the end of March the experience from Autoperform was spot on from start to finish. I used the Click and collect service that Autoperform are offering and it was perfect as I was still able to view the vehicle in a safe environment and socially distanced. The owner is a genuine and lovely bloke and he was very helpful and and give me all the information I needed on the car. I part exchanged my Land Rover discovery against the Porsche and drove away the same day. The after sales experience is brilliant too as every time I’ve called or messaged to ask a question he’s always there willing to help. I would defiantly recommend buying your car from Autoperform to anyone and I will certainly be paying a visit to Autoperform again next time I want a new car :)

Just bought a bmw 3 series from autoperform. Marcus has been a delight to deal with from start to finish, everytime i messaged him with queries, he was very quick to respond an answer all my queries. Honestly an informative. I had to travel 4 hours by train to get there, and he even picked me up from the trainstation, an took me for a test drive an back to he's place to go through paper work.
